Ross Gray

Ross is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a passion for helping people with a disability to maximise their physical, mental and social potential.

He practiced as the Principle Exercise Physiologist for the South Australian Spinal Cord Injury Service (SASCIS) at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) for the 5 years prior to starting Enable Fitness Centre.

Whilst practicing at the Centre for Physical Activity in Ageing (CPAA) at Hampstead, Ross gained experience treating a range of conditions including stroke, cancer, parkinson's, heart disease, pulmonary disease, and metabolic disease.

He has also been involved with extensive research projects including a Stroke Fitness Study, and a Spinal Cord Injury and Physical Activity Study.

With a wealth of knowledge about exercise and rehabilitation processes, Ross is known for delivering high quality services.

Cody Kumnick


Cody is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who has a passion for assisting individuals achieve their goals and optimise their health-related quality of life.

Cody gained experience in prescribing and delivering exercise for spinal cord injuries under the supervision of Ross at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) during his university studies.

He has been practicing in private practice since graduating with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2018. Cody has experience in prescribing and delivering exercise for a wide variety of clinical populations and has specific interest in neurological conditions and pain management.

Hannah Lehmann





Hannah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a passion for helping people reach their goals and discover their full potential.


During University in 2020, Hannah completed her honours project focused on Mental health and exercise. During University placements, Hannah gained experience with a wide variety of conditions and ages, narrowing her interest in working with people with a disability.


After graduating her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) at the end of 2020, Hannah then joined the Enable Fitness team in February of 2021.

Eliza Gray


Eliza is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a passion for helping people reach their goals in health and fitness to improve their mental, physical and emotional health.

During University placements in 2019, Eliza has gained experience with a wide variety of conditions and ages. These ranged from high school students up to older adults, with neurological, intellectual and musculoskeletal conditions.

Eliza has been practicing since February 2020, after graduating her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) at the end of 2019. Eliza joined Enable Fitness team in June 2020.


Todd Wachowicz

Todd is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who is passionate about assisting people to discover their potential.

Since graduating in 2018, Todd has worked in the University setting and multiple private practice clinics, each focussed on different clinical populations and funding schemes. This broad experience has provided Todd the opportunity to establish a solid foundation of his clinical skills.

Most recently, Todd has had increasing experience with clients involved in the NDIS and has thoroughly enjoyed working in this field. Todd is looking forward to further developing his skillset in this area and helping people achieve their goals.

Jillian Rafferty - Dietitian

Jillian is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and has an enthusiasm for helping people maximize their health and well being by getting the most out of their eating.

Jillian graduated from Wollongong University and has worked in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, with experience in the acute hospital system, community home visits and aged care.

She worked for 5 years at the Victorian Spinal Cord Service as the acute hospital dietitian and has experience in managing nutrition for spinal cord injury, pressure wounds, muscle loss and weight changes after spinal cord injury. She has also worked with surgical units and the intensive care unit. Jillian has experience working with a range of conditions such as: tube feeding, dysphagia, malnutrition, oncology, diabetes and heart disease.

Jillian has been involved with extensive research projects and has presented at the International Congress of Dietetics. She enjoys getting to know people and helping them make diet changes to improve their lifestyle and eating habits.
